Fine Dining

Modernist cookery and Fine Dining has been the industry I have worked in for most of my career. I love seeing how the industry adapts and reflects contemporary tastes. At Leith’s I was taught classical french cookery with modern techniques, and I have used this knowledge to create my own modernist style.
